The Berestaproject Shop offers physical persons to conclude an agreement on the terms of the offer.

1. Subject of the contract: sale of goods through the website www.berestaproject.com. Item descriptions, prices, and payment methods are available in the Store section.

2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of payment of the order by the buyer.

3. We ship the item within 3-5 days of checkout. The goods are delivered by the Russian Post to the specified post office according to the delivery dates of the Russian Post. The Russian Post is responsible for the delivery period and no damage to the goods during delivery.

4. The good of proper quality can be returned within 7 days from the moment of receipt, with the complete preservation of the presentation. To return, send an email to the hello@berestaproject.com and specify your own: number and date of order, contact phone. If you want to return the defective goods, attach to the letter a photo in which the marriage is clearly visible. We'll contact you within 48 hours. If these conditions are met, we will refund the money or replace the item within 7 business days. Return of the Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. If the Customer refuses the Good of proper quality, the Seller shall return to it the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than 10 days from the date of the consumer's submission of the corresponding claim.
